Abstract
Cultural perceivers is the main creator of a culture, inheritors and sharer those who are in a specific cultural context. In this paper, take the relationship between ShiPing Yi National folklore cultural inheritance, spread and cultural perceivers as the main research object, in ShiPing County Bridge Township, Village, Fei Long as the main field survey sites, by FeiLong Village and other Yi village in Shiping County, field surveys and interviews, on the relationship between ShiPing Yi National folklore cultural inheritance, spread and cultural perceivers made a systematic study, and on this basis, a comprehensive demonstration has made on the importance of cultural perceivers psychological.
Article is divided into five parts:
Introduction section to clarify the purpose of this paper, research ideas and research methods used, and made a comb to related research in recent years on ShiPing Yi National folklore cultural heritage, communication studies and cultural perceivers, then “cultural perceivers” etc. several key terms were defined.
The second part of the “cultural perceivers and ShiPing Yi National folklore cultural ”, briefly narrate ShiPing Yi culture heritage, communication status and situation of this survey point, focuses on cultural mentality of ShiPing Yi National folklore cultural perceivers,then analyze mental state, sense of survival and emotional orientation of Cultural perceivers under Modern background.
The third part of the “cultural perceivers and local folklore cultural heritage”, focusing on the relationship of Cultural perceivers psychological and cultural inheritance, On the local folk culture heritage in the modern situation arising in the study, and the process of cultural transmission cultural perceivers Puzzle psychology were analyzed.
The fourth part of “cultural perceivers and local folklore culture spread”, mainly discusses interaction on the spread of the local folk culture and cultural perceivers psychological,and try to find a win-win the long-term way between economic development and cultural spread.
The fifth part is the conclusion and thinking part. In the part, through the analysis of the relationship of cultural perceivers and local folklore cultural inheritance,and to put forward own views and opinions on the main role of culture perceivers.

Abstract
Over the centuries, the belief in Guangong, which is an important part of the Chinese traditional folk culture, has formed, developed and spread widely among the people. As the hometown of Guangong, the Yuncheng city in the Shanxi province, has always been connected with the culture of belief in Guangong. In order to stress the regional characteristics and research deeply from the certain area, the title has been chosen to discuss, so that people can pay more attention to fully taking the advantage of regional characteristics, and provide the better space for traditional folk culture, in the process of publicity for the belief in Guangong.
In the thesis, the methods are field investigation and documents. And it shows the whole process of changes about the belief in his hometown to explore the inner relationship between the traditional folk culture and the modern society changes. Meanwhile, the cultural tradition could be known, uderstood better and be viewed objectively.
In the thesis, from three aspects of the believers, goals and worship, the author shows the characteristics of the belief to reveal the internal connotation deeply. Meanwhile, as an example of Guandi temple, the author shows changes of the belief in the hometown, revolving around the topic of the worship places and activities, in the form of different stages about formation, development, decline and recovery.
In addition, the author explores the reasons why the hometown people worships Guangong and why the belief has been changing, and advances that the psychology of people is the foundation of the forming reason about belief in Guangong. In another hand, the author proves the rights of States is the important role of the belief change.
Moreover, as the result of cultural shock made by modern social change, what will be the tendency in the future of the belief, and how should the belief play its positive role and adapt the new environment? And also, what problems will attract people’s attention in the process of publicizing the belief culture in the hometown?Those above are the details in the thesis.

Abstract
In the field of folklore, the research of the Story of Meng Jiangnv, represented by Mr. Gu Jiegang’s research on this story, has been one model of Chinese Story research. Among the great number of the story of Meng Jiangnv, which based on similar theme all around the country, the text in Shang Wangzhuang Village, in Laiwu, Shandong province, hasn’t been entered scholars’ study horizon. At present, this village is applying for provincial Oral and Intangible Cultural Heritage named by "Meng Jiangnv Story". The monument of "Meng Jiangnv Ji Ming" discovered in the Village added some weight on the application, and aroused the writer’s interest of study as well.
The purpose of this research is to analysis the relationship between folk literature and folk culture in certain areas, to explore more reasons of folk literature’s change in the modern society, and to provide thought and direction for prevention and development of Oral and Intangible Cultural Heritage (mainly refers to folk resources such as the object of this paper).
This paper mainly includes six components: Introduction, the body of four chapters, Conclusion and Consideration. The main idea of the Introduction is to explain the origin of this paper, the present situation of international research on the story of Meng Jiangnv, the value of this paper, and the innovation point in this paper. Chapter I described the Village condition, includes natural environment, history, folklore, etc. and introduced the inheritance background of the story. Chapter II sorted out the folk oral-text and the official written-text of the story in Shang Wangzhuang Village, and also list the monument introduction in front of the Meng Jiangnv temple and an opera named "10 times cry to the Great Wall" in Mengquan eco-tourism area, then do some primary analysis. Chapter III pointed out the differences between these two kids of text, as well as the reason of these differences, then reached a conclusion. This chapter is the very part which contains the innovations of this paper. Chapter IV described the situation and problems in the application for Oral and Intangible Cultural Heritage in Shang Wangzhuang Village, and distinguishes the value of text-comparing. The last part, Conclusion and Consideration, some thoughts coursed by Chapter IV, was based on the actual conditions of field-work. It explored some solution ways from the perspective of the protection and development of folklore resources(Oral and Intangible Cultural Heritage), and try to find the relative balance between protection and development.

Abstract
Basing on collection of a large number of literature,The author studys and researchs the historical changes of the Yellow Emperor Sacrifice, the Sacrifice the Yellow Emperor Huangdi characteristic features and the problems of Sacrifice on nowadays,from the perspective of history and folklore.
Sacrifice including ritual, worship, etc., which is based on religious or social customs requirements, has a series of symbolic action or ritual. Yellow Emperor worship as part of the Chinese Han nationality and ethnic-specific cultural phenomenon, in addition to the general character of ritual significance, but also has its unique cultural connotation. From the information currently available, the Yellow Emperor Sacrifice was originally derived from folk, tribal origin for the unique ancient Yellow Emperor, after the integration and interaction with the tribes accepted by other tribes; to the feudal society, the Yellow Emperor Sacrifice was dominated by the ruling class and then become a country system; In modern times, due to dramatic changes in society, the Yellow Emperor Sacrifice was given the new historical and cultural significance. Along the historical trajectory, we can find the historical evolution of worship the Yellow Emperor, Huangdi in the process of identity change. Thus concluded that different people on different interpretations of the Yellow Emperor: In the eyes of confucians,he is an ancient Confucian emperor;Taoist enlightenment to mold him into becoming immortal after the flight feathers of the god;Ordinary people not only think him as an inventor, but also worship him as a god of medicine. According to feature that the Yellow Emperor is takendifferent rites and ceremonies as different status,the thesis Explores the Yellow Emperor Sacrifice at different times of the intrinsic functional characteristics,Analysis of different groups in different interpretations of different historical periods the real reason behind the Yellow Emperor.
Finally, the article expounds the meaning of the Yellow Emperor Sacrifice nowadays, which is to strengthen national identity and promote the importance of traditional culture. Followed by analysis of the problems in the Yellow Emperor Sacrifice, especially the worship in private absence problems, the author gives to these issues their views and opinions. I believe that to solve these problems, we must first continue to enhance the current offerings of the Yellow Emperor, perfect Yanhuang rites and ceremonies, to carry forward the tradition of building platforms. In light of the looting appears in the Yellow Emperor worship resources, duplication of development and other issues, on a hierarchy of resources that deal with the Yellow Emperor, in order to avoid repetitive development. Finally,Sacrifice of the Yellow Emperor is called for the strengthening of the folk elements of protection, so as to continuously improve this cultural phenomenon.
